Jessica has been passionate about health and wellness all of her life, striving to live by what you do and put into your body has direct correlation to how you feel and move through life. Pilates can be adjusted to meet a vast number of limitations and goals. Jessica had an immediate love for Pilates; it provided the first long-term relief to chronic back pain and the benefits just kept adding up from there. She has practiced Pilates for over a decade including through her own pre/post-natal, breast cancer treatments and extensive reconstructive surgeries. “Pilates helped me to get back to optimum strength. I want to help clients feel as good, proud and strong as I do about where I am now from where I was. It is important to me to create a personal, safe environment for clients.” She is coming to the end of completing her 500 hour Club Pilates Instructor Certification, has over 3 years of certified Barre experience and is eager to add additional continuing education courses to further her Pilates practice.
